Owner operator Jennifer Perez, LMT has been satisfying her clients for over 10 years with high quality holistic body work and massage therapy.

Jen graduated from the Alternative Conjunction Clinic and school of massage therapy in Lemoyne. She went on to get her National Board certification through NBTMB.

In addition, she is also a John Barnes Myofascial Release therapist and is certified in Soft Tissue Mobilization, Orthopedics for the cervical region, Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Fibromyalgia. She holds her masters in Medical Massage from LMT.

Massage therapy is a modality that helps with stress, chronic pain and dysfunction such as jaw-related TMJ and grinding. It aids in the elimination of toxic waste that accumulates in the tissue and cells of the body.

It can improve circulation and provides flexibility and an increase in motion and well being. It also can assist those with pre and post – operative conditions such as scar tissue from breast surgery, etc.

Jen’s advanced training allows her to provide medical massage for clients that suffer from car accident injuries such as whiplash and disc issues that arise in the back from trauma. She also works with insurance related claims and provides medical receipts for insurance carriers.

Jen enjoys providing an exclusive integrative massage for each of her clients.
